- Award names may be changed at the Foundation's discretion.
- Nominations are open throughout the year, while evaluations and announcements take place in June and December.
- The Foundation may decide to skip any cycle depending on resource availability.
- Awards are open to eligible individuals and institutions subject to specified criteria.
- Applications (self or nominated) must be complete, accurate, and verifiable; discrepancies may lead to rejection.
- All submissions are evaluated by an expert committee, and its decision is final.
- The Foundation reserves the right to modify categories, accept or reject applications, and cancel or reschedule awards without prior notice.
- Any applicable fees will be communicated in advance and are generally non-refundable.
- Misrepresentation or plagiarism will result in disqualification.
- Submitted information may be used for evaluation and promotional purposes, and in disputes, the Foundation's decision is final.
