Terms & conditions

  1. Award names may be changed at the Foundation's discretion.
  2. Nominations are open throughout the year, while evaluations and announcements take place in June and December.
  3. The Foundation may decide to skip any cycle depending on resource availability.
  4. Awards are open to eligible individuals and institutions subject to specified criteria.
  5. Applications (self or nominated) must be complete, accurate, and verifiable; discrepancies may lead to rejection.
  6. All submissions are evaluated by an expert committee, and its decision is final.
  7. The Foundation reserves the right to modify categories, accept or reject applications, and cancel or reschedule awards without prior notice.
  8. Any applicable fees will be communicated in advance and are generally non-refundable.
  9. Misrepresentation or plagiarism will result in disqualification.
  10. Submitted information may be used for evaluation and promotional purposes, and in disputes, the Foundation's decision is final.
