Publication policy

Originality & exclusivity

Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere, and must adhere to strict academic integrity standards.

Language

Manuscripts should be written in clear, professional US or UK English. For humanities disciplines, submissions may also be accepted in Hindi or other languages.

Plagiarism policy

The similarity index must not exceed 10–15%, and all manuscripts will be screened using standard plagiarism detection tools.

Legal & ethics policy

The Innovis Scientia Foundation upholds the highest standards of academic integrity, ethical publishing, and legal compliance. All submissions must be original and free from plagiarism, with authors solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their work. Publications undergo a fair peer-review process and are made available under an open-access model. The Foundation assumes no liability for published content and may reject, retract, or modify work in cases of misconduct. All activities are governed by applicable Indian laws and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

Adherence to agreements

Authors must comply with their publishing agreement with the Innovis Scientia Foundation and ensure their work is original, unpublished, and that they have the necessary rights to grant permissions.

AI authorship

AI technologies cannot independently initiate original research without human direction and do not meet the criteria for authorship. As they lack accountability, legal standing, and the ability to hold or assign copyright, they must not be listed as authors, in accordance with COPE guidelines.

Mandatory cover letter

The corresponding author must submit a duly signed cover letter including: type of submission; declaration of originality; conflict of interest statement; and names of three suggested reviewers with their affiliations and official email IDs.

Copyright & licensing

Authors are required to sign a Copyright Transfer or Licensing Agreement. Authors retain moral rights to their work.
